San Antonio, Texas – November 5, 2009

Dancing Bear Ranch, a private Hill Country community on Medina Lake, is hosting two community cookouts on the weekend of November 14th and 15th from 11:00am to 5:00pm. The private gated community is located just 20 minutes from San Antonio and features multi-acre homesites with views of the lake.

Anyone who wants to experience the Texas Hill Country in the fall is invited to join Dancing Bear Ranch residents and guests for a cookout on the clubhouse patio overlooking Medina Lake. Guests will enjoy free hamburgers and hotdogs off the grill, side dishes, sodas and beer. The sales staff will also be providing free guided property tours, with a chance to view the community and enjoy the fall weather at our lakeside park.

During the event, attendees also have the opportunity to take advantage of weekend-only financing offers, including 6-months payment-free and $1,000 toward closing costs on estate homesites.

Realtors who bring their clients to the cookout can earn an extra point on the referral fee for a total of 4%. And Texas Veterans may be eligible for even more great financing options from the Texas Veterans Land Board, such as 30-year financing and 95% LTV up to $80,000.

With 2,565 acres of rolling hills, a luxurious clubhouse and grand room, resort-style pool, state-of-the-art fitness center and private lakeside park, Dancing Bear Ranch offers a luxurious lifestyle set in natural beauty. And with these exclusive financing options, there has never been a better time to buy.

“This is the perfect time of year to visit the Texas Hill Country,” said Blake Jarrett, Director of Sales. “These cookouts are a great way to meet great residents, check out the property and experience firsthand the dramatic views and incredible lifestyle of Dancing Bear Ranch.”

The Fiesta Noche Del Rio, a San Antonio tradition held every year, lasts all through the summer until August 8th. This event is a series of performances featuring songs and dances from Mexico, Spain, Argentina and Texas. To listen to live Latino music and learn about the history of it, The Museo Alameda is hosting the American Sabor Music Fest. The festival is no small affair; over 12 acts perform each day across three stages. Both local and national groups will be featured; and a variety of genres, including Latin Jazz, Funk and Blues, will be present. Accompanying the music is an interpretive exhibition that narrates the story of Latino’s influence on American popular music. This free event takes place July 25th and September 19th in Market Square.
